Rooms Service Dining Facil. Cost

On the "extreme outskirts" of Downtown, "a bit of a walk" from the Loop but "steps" from the CTA's Blue Line, this chain link offers "clean", serviceable rooms and a nice rooftop pool at a good price; but don't expect much more, since the "ugly" quarters are plagued by "a lot of traffic noise", the Internet service "needs fixing" and the restaurant verges on "awful."

Friendliness of the staff.
The location was horrible: unsafe, no attractions.

It had no parking other than valet which cost quiet a lot of money. The other parking it offered was actually public parking in a horrible area.

Location.
Bathroom were too small and not maintained.

I recommend this hotel for business and budget travelers. The location is very nice close to Union station and lots of dining options. Shopping center was about 15 mins by walk. However, rooms and especially bathrooms were not very maintained. the heater in the room was quite noisy. ...read more

Great location and price was reasonable.
Valet parking at $30/day was ridiculously high.

Great location, convenient to downtown area.

Nice hotel room. Very comfy. Free internet.
They duped me into valet parking which was $30.

Staff was not overly friendly. The most friendly staff person duped me into valet parking. I stated I did not want it and she replied no, we have nothing better to do. She did not tell me it was an extra $30. Luckily, they refunded the charge. ...read more

The cleanest hotel I've stayed all year.

I traveled on the Megabus and the hotel is one block away from the drop off location. Staff is friendly. Love the towels folded like swans and such, excellent touch.

It was downtown and convenient.
They required a $50 security deposit, parking was $30 a night.

The $30 Per night parking fee eliminated the Priceline savings. In addition, I never had to provide a security deposit before. The sticker they put on my car side window was an inconvenience and unnecessary. I would not come back to this hotel ...read more
