The location.
No fitness center.

Convenient location. Front desk staff assistance was poor. Unable to get an ash tray for my room and unable to contact the front desk to request a wake-up call. The hotel could use a fitness center.

Convenient to area diners and restaurants.
Mold on carpet in room when staying in there activated allergies.

Nice looking from outside in room not very friendly feeling. Have stayed in many hotels am always looking for new places. Need 24 hour desk person as hotel guests were propping door open to smoke any one could enter building. ...read more

Price was good.
We had a small stream for shower and I notified the hotel staff twice. Nothing changed and I'm not sure they even looked at it.
