"Good luck, fellow travelers" when you check into this "humongous" "maze" of a hotel with a "confusing layout"; while some find a "pleasant" staff and "spacious" quarters, the "noisy" exterior rooms remind some of "a truck-stop motel", while "weird" interior rooms overlook the "airplane hangar" atrium where an "awful" breakfast is served; further disheartening are the "broken" boxsprings and nonworking elevators some unlucky guests encounter.

Despite problems with a defective toilet and lack of coffee cups and napkins, the front desk staff was VERY helpful and compensated for these inconvenien.
It was very noisy during the day, mostly from the room service people- not too clean.
I think that the front desk personnel has excellent customer care skills. I experienced problems with the toilet which was running and was not flushing. The maintenance person came promptly and solved the problem. There were no coffee cups or facial tissues in the room and that problem was solved too. The cleanness was not on top, because I discovered an old used towel in the bathroom which was not removed, so that made me wonder how good the bathroom cleaning was done....but the front desk personnel took good care of me and compensated with a free breakfast coupons, which I found appropriate. ...read more
