The location.
The room stunk, was dirty and isolated.
This was the worst stay in a hotel that I have had in years. They also place me in a wheelchair accessible room and I'm not in a wheelchair. My stay was horrible.

Good price for location. Clean surroundings. Hated to walk by the smoking rooms first. Room key cards inconsistent in opening door. Room view was blocked. Walking distance to a new shopping mall and plenty of restaurant.
I was really happy with my short stay at the hotel. The staff went out of the way to
accommodate me. The location and the room was very nice. I would return there the next time I stay in Hampton.

I loved the location. It was near everything, from grocery stores, to shopping.
The facility was outdated. It could use some upgrades, especially in the area that it's located.
