Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Saturday breakfast was wonderful. The lady working it kept it fully stocked. Sunday was a different lady and completely opposite. We thought this hotel was very clean and was priced well. However, we had difficulty sleeping both nights due to loud guests in other rooms. The noise and music went on until almost 1:00 am.

Vending machines were mostly empty or not working all 3 days we were there. Bathroom light flickered all 3 days and the hot water was only lukewarm at all times (not just when you might expect heavy use). Front desk people smoked outside the main door (walking through cigarette smoke to enter the hotel was unpleasant). Breakfast was sub par (stale food & limited choices) although the breakfast area was clean and the man working the breakfast area was friendly. We will not stay at this hotel. ...read more

The staff at this hotel is great. They were very friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome. We got lost driving around town several times and called the hotel for directions. Each time they were happy to help us. The rooms are large (for the money) and clean. Everything looked new. Breakfast includes a lot of choices and hot meals too. Extremely comfortable beds and tastefully decorated rooms with stylish modern art (I'm a fine artist) and classy window treatments.

Very clean, good location near I-75 in Venice. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety, desk staff very friendly and helpful. Water pressure in shower kind of weak.

The room was clean, the breakfast was wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful. Having a computer for guests to use is also a great extra. The only negative was having the cleaning staff knock on the door the morning we were to check out. They should go by a list of guests that have already left. We really liked the hotel. It was clean, new, and had amenities that were good close by. That is gas station, restaurants, close to freeway. The only bad thing was our room was not ready for close to 45mins after check-in. The first room was not cleaned, the second room was not cleaned. When we went down to the front desk for the 3rd time, our first room was ready, so back we went to our original room. Very clean, even the hallways were well kept, not bad smells like some others I will not name.

Great location, friendly atmosphere, interesting town and convenient to beaches.
