Great concierge service.
Room hallways seem outdated.
The MGM seems very put together and seems to flow perfectly as a casino/hotel. The concierge service is great and they were able to find us great show tickets at lower prices. The room checkout process went off without a hitch even though we were late to the checkout desk. ...read more

Hotel design; room was not cleaned daily; flat pillows and mattress.
The pillows were flat; the mattress old; my husband and I never had a full night sleep; poor selection of TV channels; will never stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable!
The room AC did not work very well.
Spacious, clean rooms, great beds and large bathrooms. The hotel is huge and well staffed. We will stay there again!
