The water park was great and game room were great! Loved the hot free breakfast!
The beds were too hard!

Great family retreat! We had lots of fun! The only thing that was disappointing was the bed. It was way too hard! Everything else was great!

All the employees were friendly. From the people at the front desk to life guards at the waterpark. It was a stress free weekend.

Nice bedding, clean rooms, and a really fun waterpark.
The walls aren't very well insulated. Noisy neighbors kept us awake.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on Chritmas Eve and had a lot of fun in the waterpark. They also let you swim until 4pm on the day of checkout, so we spent most of Christmas day swimming and having fun. Beats going to the movies! ...read more

The staff was great, it was clean and the water park was fun.
Loud, the rooms were not very sound proof. I heard water running behind the walls and we were right by the side entrance so heard everyone come in.

The waterpark is very fun. The kids loved it!
Our kids (and others) started reacting badly to what we were told was the venitilation system.

The hotel is great. The kid suites are very fun. We did have a problem this time, though, with the ventilation system in the waterpark. Our kids and other kids in the park were coughing a lot and our daughter got sick. I talked to someone that worked in the waterpark and she said she had been affected, also. Nothing was done for us even though we lost a day in the water park. ...read more
