Lack of a bar at the pool site & $10 resort fee.

Super deal for the money. The room was more like a condo with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and luxury granite bathroom. Went there for a week-end and almost moved in. I was alone with my husband this time, but would gladly go with my children. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel impeccable. One of the best places I have ever stayed in for the price. I felt like someone handed me the keys to their luxury condo for the week!

It was in Palm Springs, but no one says you have to go outside.

I went to one of the several nearby major grocery stores, bought lots of groceries, stuck them in the fridge and used the full kitchen to stay in the room most of the trip. Although the gf designated one portion of the oversized bedroom as her "reading nook" she was lured outside by our large patio, the HBO on the two TVs, the ice cream in the freezer, the brownies we baked in the oven, and the enormous tub.
