The original lady that checked us in was friendly and the rooms were clean.
Our power went out when it wasn't supposed to and the lady who checked us out wouldn't do anything about it.

I would make sure there will not be any blackouts when you're staying. Otherwise, with kids, you'll have the problem of no electricity and no heat!
