Very convenient hotel and in the middle of Times Square.

The hotel was centrally located, the staff was extremely helpful with a staff members on concierge to help with finding locations and restaurants.

Loved the location, close to all the theaters, and the hub of Time Square. The rooms are spacious for New York hotels.

The housekeeping service was good. When mistakes were made, such as forgetting to leave clean towels, immediate service was given. Rooms in New York hotels are often tiny, and these were much larger than we anticipated. We enjoyed the location. ...read more

Conveniently located, clean, and friendly staff.

For a 4 star hotel, the bathroom was very sparse.

Overall very satisfied, would not hesitate to recommend. As previously stated the hotel was clean - friendly - extremely well located for the theater district. No pool, average lobby.

Room was dirty towels and bathroom amenities were missing TV did not work.

travel to NYC monthly and stay at 4 star hotels including trump on central park west and westin is definitely not anywhere near 4 star it is dirty and when
I called front desk for missing amenities no one seemed to care. Also no hotel security at all. ...read more

Very clean rooms albeit small. Attentive staff.

Location at Time Square can be difficult to access by car during peak periods.

Very clean rooms. Excellent staff. Check-in and check-out was easy. Checked bags took awhile to get back at the end of the day. Although centrally located on Time Square, it can be very difficult to access by car due to the car and pedestrian traffic at peak periods.
