It was clean and very roomy for Manhattan. The facilities in the room were excellent. They stored luggage after check out.
The desk staff was not very welcoming. Housekeeping and the bellhop were more accommodating.

It is great deal for downtown Manhattan. It is clean and homey. There is no Internet in the room, only in the lobby. It has good kitchen facilities and lots of take out places nearby.

They upgraded us to a penthouse at no extra charge.
Small lobby.

Excellent buy in a good neighborhood near Grand Central Station. All aspects of the room were fine and comfortable.

The hotel was in one of the best neighborhoods in NYC, we felt like a local.
The cleanliness of the room needs improvement, I had to ask for the sheets to be changed.

Location was perfect, and value for price paid in NYC was really good. it is considered a budget hotel and we had a good size room and a kitchen with a fridge, stove , sink
