Subterranean room and stained bedspread.

The price was below my expectations for New York so I was suspicious to begin with

Beautifully remodeled room & a bit larger than I expected.

Only one elevator which was briefly out of service.

Very nicely remodeled and very friendly front desk. Free breakfast, though the dining area was a little crowded. The room was spotless and everything was brand new.

The cleanness of the hotel and the staff very helpful.

Rooms labeled 1st floor were in the basement with all the other employees.

This was quite hotel for location, room and friendly staff. The only downside is the rooms being on the basement floor near where all the laundry, food services, etc. are located. It was noisy early in the morning and the view outside the window as the air condition unit. ...read more
