We were extremely disappointed and when we checked out in the morning, I went in to speak with the staff about the filthy conditions of the hallways, parking lots, elevators and stairwells only to be told there was yet another charge of $16.50 in resort fees. Traveling as Couple
The hotel is right at the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd. which is across the street from the Disney Village which you can take a bus or water taxi to Pleasure Island or walk it. The hotel rooms are setup like a motel but there is a main building that you can stay in. I was not aware of this and would have rather stayed there. Parking is tough to find a spot at night if you aren't doing valet. The resort fee covers parking which is nice as you rarely see that anymore. But any hotel that isn't in a bind for land like those in Big Cities or Beaches shouldn't charge for parking anyways. ...read more
