Close to "anything you might need in the western suburbs of Chicago", this "upscale" Hyatt outpost "exceeds expectations" with "brand-new workout" facilities and an all-suite setup that features "separate sitting areas", "wonderfully comfortable beds" with "six pillows" and "plenty of room" for families "to stretch out"; further pluses include "accommodating" service and a "great lobby bar" and pool, but a few aren't so smitten by "smoking rooms" that "smell."

When checking in, we were advised that the water would be shut off from 10pm to 5am for maintenance both nights of our stay. To compensate the staff offered plenty of liters of brand name water as well as free full breakfast in their restaurant for all of the members of our party. Clean, upscale, exceeded expectations.

Had to pay for internet service. That was a first.

Everything exceeded my expectations during my stay. The one thing that I did not like was a food staff member was smoking on his way out of the non-smoking facility. I had to endure this while unloading my car going in and out. I would recommend a policy change there.
