Horrible smell in hall and room- like cleaning solution.

It was less expensive and close to O'Hare Airport.

The first room had an air conditioner that didn't work at all. The second worked but didn't cool well. There was a strong deodorant odor.

Not a good place to take your family but will work for a business person that is trying to economise. One star is the appropriate level.

Cheap for number of days we were in town; good TV.

Wet soiled carpeting, noisy next to laundry, sort of dingy.

If you just need a place to sleep, shower, and watch a little TV this is a perfect choice. The bed, bathroom, and TV were good. Complementary breakfast was poor: weak coffee, juices out of order, selection of croissants, donuts, or muffins and the same every single day. Hotel had an overwhelming odor of cleaning product.

This hotel does not deserve the three start rating it had when I booked it online. First of all, it's a motel, it had no lobby to speak of. The bathroom was private and spacious, you did not have to leave the bathroom to wash your hands.

There is no elevator, so pack light.

Overall, the hotel served its purpose. When we checked in, the front desk staff seemed to preoccupied with the internet rather than showing me where the room was. There is no elevator therefore we had to take our things to the car using the stairs. Upon checkout, the cleaning staff kept coming to our room to see if we were checking out even after our room key was turned in. This hotel is disgusting.

This hotel is a disgrace to the hotel industry. Not clean, water was undrinkable, unable to take a shower and smelled of raw sewage. It was nauseating. The airport shuttle waiting time was at least one hour. Overall this was the worst experience in any hotel that I have ever stayed in, and I travel 2-3 times a month. ...read more

It's convenient and clean.

Parking lot might not be able for every visitor.

It's very close to I-90 and very easy to go to downtown Chicago. We went there for conference, so I think that the hotel is a good choice.
