Traveling as Couple
Nice location, except it is difficult getting into the driveway to unload and check-in, with traffic on Reno. The OKC Thunder was playing while we were there, and basketball hotel clients are clearly treated like royalty compared with everyone else. ...read more

When we arrived, we requested a change from a room with 2 queens to a king, denied. When we arrived at our room, it was on the floor with all the conference rooms and it was open. The bar that is used to lock the door was holding it open. We notified the front desk still nothing happened. Then, one of the beds had a box spring that was broken down and it caused the bed to slant. My wife spent half the night rolling into me before we moved to the other bed. The final straw came the next morning when I went to take a show. I found a wet wash cloth in the tub. The shower did not function properly. When it was activated, only half the water went from the faucet to shower head. It took twice as long to take a shower. Because the shower didn't work my wife just skipped her shower, so we can get out of there. We had to hurry to our nice $12 parking space,in which there was not a covered walked-way between the garage and the hotel was about to expire. ...read more

Although the location is excellent, it is difficult to find parking locations, and is located next door to a sports venue that may or may not be something the traveler is looking for. In my case, it was a huge distraction from my business. ...read more
