Dissatisfied with my experience. The room had the stench of smoke, a discolored phone with a burn mark on its face. It is a non-smoking room. The staff was helpful. We didn't check in until 9pm. I was given an industrial strength bottle of air freshener. When we returned at 11:45 it still was bad but the hotel was full. My daughter did not stay with me. The next morning when I opened my door my other daughter (in the next room) was standing outside 10 feet away and could easily smell the smoke. ...read more

Business Traveler
Fairly nice, fairly inexpensive hotel in a convenient (but high-traffic) location. The front desk staff was as friendly as any I've encountered at a hotel in this price range. Getting in and out is tricky because of the narrow entrance off a very busy road. If you don't mind not having extras like a coffee pot in the room or continental breakfast, this is a decent place to stay for the night. Also, there's T-Mobile wireless access in the room.

probably would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were tiny, and they tried to clean the carpets while we were in the room.

At check-in, clerk selected wrong registration card containing a totally different last name. I was told that I could not get a non-smoking room they were sold-out of rooms, and that they frequently receive corporate reservation that are incorrect. ...read more
