The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The toilet would run continually for long periods of time - not enough to ruin the trip.

We went to Lackland AFB for my son's graduation from basic training and this hotel was right outside the west gate, which made it very convenient for the weekend. When we got there late on Wed. to check-in, the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Not very clean! not clean sheets, bugs in room.

The first night the deadbolt didn't work so we switched rooms, the sheets weren't clean and saw a roach crawl across the floor. Its decent, would've been better if there weren't bugs.

Close to my sons graduation at Lackland AFB.

Beds very old and uncomfortable.

An okay place. Will not stay there again. Great because of my sons graduation from Air Force Basic Training.

Rooms were clean and maid was friendly. Many comment on the color of the walls, they were bright, but not offensive. We were here for Air Force graduation and this was an excellent choice for us. It was convenient to Lackland Air Force Base.

They waited till the night before I left to charge me a pet deposit.

Overall, we had a good experience with this hotel, except for them waiting till the last minute to charge us a pet deposit, especially when the two dogs I had with me did no damage, and made no messes. The only other thing is the room was a bit cramped, but that was understandable, as there was a king size bed and a full size bed both in it. ...read more

It was easy to find, it was close to the Air Force Base which was our reason for being there.

Could use a face lift.

The hotel was what we expected. We had not complaints. The price was more than reasonable. The breakfast was good, everyone was friendly. It has a almost home feeling.
