If you want to be close to the state capitol, the convention center and Downtown attractions, you can do worse than stay at this "convenient" chain outpost close to "lots of dining" options; while the "professional staff", "covered parking with easy lobby access" and "super-clean" rooms win praise, a "boring" restaurant with a "dated" menu and "bland" decor mean this one is "just average" to some.

The rooms were extremely quiet and nicely put together.
The hot tub wasn't warm enough to use.
Staying in this hotel for one night was like a one week vacation. It was so relaxing and the staff pampered us like we were royalty. Everyone was friendly including the other guests. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity. ...read more

It appears very elegant and the rooms are nicely furnished.
The rooms get too hot at night. Needs better AC.
We always like this hotel. Good location, quiet rooms, great room service. The only 2 draw backs are the channel selection on TV is not so great but OK and we wake up at night because the AC stops once you go to sleep - too stuffy.
