This 4 star complex is carved into the rock face with an outstanding view over the town and harbour from all rooms.The modern and individual architecture corresponds with the surrounding landscape. The sloping roof tops are covered with stone crop grass. Hotel Føroyar's facilities include a lobby bar and restaurant. Seating 100, the restaurant Glasstovan offers typical Faroese specialities as well as first class international cuisine. In addition the conference and banqueting rooms can seat up to 340 guests.

All rooms enjoy panoramic views of the city and are decorated in modern, light Scandinavian design. They have nice bathrooms with bathtubs. Free internet is included. All rooms were renovated and redesigned in 2008.
