The continental breakfast was great!
Parking was expensive.

Great location.
We traveled with 2 smaller children and have no complaints. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was perfect for the children. Very centrally located to be able to walk to most anything you wanted to do. Would recommend this hotel. ...read more

No room service; room was directly across from elevators.
Newly remodeled hotel at a good price very close to Michigan Avenue. Our room was directly across from the elevators, and our window looked out on a wall, but overall the hotel was quiet ( no loud guests on our night ). Deluxe continental breakfast on the 2nd floor offered more variety than any other I've had: oatmeal to sausage / egg / cheese biscuits. OJ machine kept running out, but staff always quick to fix. Concierge gave us priority seating at Gino's East Pizza, since they did not offer room service after a long day of shopping. Half a block from the new Garrett's popcorn as well! ...read more
