Ease of checking in and out.

It was all that was left at price. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, comforter smelled like it hadn't been washed in a long time. Felt ill after 2nd day because of smell in room. Rooms need to be cleaned more throughly, especially smoke rooms, tar gets stuck to walls. Air conditioner leaked and couldn't close one window all the way. I will not be staying here again. ...read more

It was clean and well maintained, for it's age.
The bed was hard and sagging in the middle.

As a person traveling alone, the hotel was nice. It is old, but well maintained, that is: fresh paint. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but you're only 15 miles to the coast.

The room was pretty spacious and it had free WiFi.
There are more rooms than parking spaces.

This hotel was one of the cheapest in the San Diego metro area. Despite this, the room was pretty spacious. Big enough to accommodate the porta-crib for our son and still have room to walk. The room also had a desk, a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. It was relatively clean with the exception of the carpet. The only negative is the parking; there are more rooms than parking spaces. Two of the three nights we stayed there we had to make our own parking spot by squeezing our car into wherever we could make it fit. I would probably stay there again. ...read more

Employees were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit small.

Hotel was clean and satisfactory for a trip where you don't spend a lot of time in the room. The parking lot was insufficient for the amount of guests staying there. We had to park on the street. In general, I got a "cramped" feeling- small rooms, small bathrooms, small parking spaces (when I had a space, I couldn't get out of my car). I would stay again, just to sleep, not for the amenities. ...read more
