Elevator, clean, polite staff, available breakfast.
Needs soundproofing of windows for street rooms.
Polite staff, very clean, tiny elevator, noisy street-side rooms, close to bakery and restaurants, convenient to Metro. I would stay there again, but ask for a room facing the back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was very much in need of repair, the bathroom faucet didn't work, the lights didn't work, the hotel is run down and unkept.
See above. The staff went out of there way to be accommodating. We stayed the first night and they let us cancel the second night and go some where else. We have stayed at Best Westerns in Paris and other locations and this was the worst. ...read more
