Friendly staff.
We all have hot tub rash because it wasn't clean.

Everything was fine except the pool area. The pool is small and goes only to 4 feet. The whirlpool water apparently was full of bacteria because within 48-72 hours of using it we all developed 'hot tub rash' esp my children. ...read more

The beds were comfortable.
Needed more variety in food for the continental breakfast.

Overall the hotel was just what I was looking for – clean, comfortable, affordable and located where I needed it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd stay there again.

The staff and cleanliness were superb.
The buffalo that were stampeding and falling down in the room above us.

It was a good experience. The hot breakfast was a little misleading. Turns out they rotate between waffles and biscuits and gravy. The second floor elevator button kept shocking us due to relatively new carpeting, but, we learned fast to put the button with something other than a finger. ...read more

Doug, the manager in charge was awesome.He anticipated needs and met them graciously.

The room was HUGE!!! and the furniture comfortable.
The room wasn't available until 15 minutes after check in time...

The rooms are very large and the furniture is comfortable. There is shopping nearby and it is convenient to the highway. Plenty of restaurants around, too. Best feature: large rooms, two queen size beds, fridge and micro and sofa/living room area. ...read more
