Family with Young Children
The hotel was close to Michigan Ave and the front desk was helpful and accommodating for us. The rooms were comfortable, and the only reason for not getting a higher rating was the malfunctioning heater in the 2nd room we reserved. The hotel staff quickly moved us, although the room the kids stayed in was now a handicap accessible room with no "real" hot water. We still had a great time during our stay in Chicago. Very clean, convenient, safe, the valet parking was great and quick, continental breakfast was just right, easy to move around Chicago from this location, close to everything we wanted to do.

We traveled with 2 smaller children and have no complaints. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was perfect for the children. Very centrally located to be able to walk to most anything you wanted to do. Would recommend this hotel. ...read more
