For the price, this hotel is a ten. The room was impeccably clean and the men at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. Quick shuttle service pickup and drop off. The hotel room was clean and although some of the decor was out dated, the bed was new and comfy. There is a small work out facility, laundry area and pantry of food that you are free to help yourself to on a honors system basis. The only bad part was that enterprise rent-a-car is right next door and there were honking car horns, non stop for 30 minutes, starting at 4:30 am. My husband and I stayed at this hotel on business. We didn't look for a hotel with a lot of amenities except free parking. This hotel is perfect for business traveler or someone who is looking for a place to stay short-term. Hotel lobby and our room were clean but the toilet didn't work causing a flood in the bathroom. For the price and proximity to O'Hare this was a good find. However, the rooms really need to be checked between customers and occasionally deep-cleaned. There were stains on the comfortable chair that kept me from going anywhere near it. I won't stay there in the future. ...read more

Hotel took good care of us. My wife and I stayed two nights, found the lodging clean and well cared for. Staff were friendly and upbeat. Room was comfortable and efficient. All appliances were very adequate, clean. Space was well utilized like a room with a full kitchen.
