The swimming pool that was advertised was closed.

Very confusing floor plan and elevator location. Directions from indoor Parking to hotel lobby very inadequate.

Beautiful room with great view of Montreal.
The parking was a bit pricey--but reasonable for a major downtown area.
We had a wonderful weekend escape at the Omni--relaxing, beautiful room with very tasteful traditional decor, great view, pleasant and helpful staff, and a fabulous city to explore. I have stayed at many 3 to 4 star,large and small hotels in Montreal over the years,and this was by far my favorite. The place felt warm and welcoming--the valet was very friendly and helpful.
