The room was filthy and nasty and the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in.

I chose this hotel because of the convenience to the university, the continental breakfast and internet. The entire lobby, which is where breakfast was served, was about 15 feet x 10 feet - and upon arriving at 7 pm I noticed that the cereal was already in the dispensers for the next morning. The lobby was extremely drabby, filthy and just nasty - we opted for Denny's the next morning. The internet was not available and the pool was drained (granted it was raining). Even though this was a non-smoking room there were cigarette burns in the tub. The baseboards in the bathroom and sink area were very filthy. The bathroom had a tub and an area that was only 24" from the door to the tub - you literally had to step into the tub or next the toilet to close the door. The shower head was at approx. 5'8", while my husband had not traveled with us, a taller person would have to duck to get in the shower. The beds were extremely hard and I don't even remember falling asleep they were so uncomfortable. For the price I could have stayed at the Comfort Inn next door or Motel 6 a few doors down. I have never stayed in Waco before, so I did not know what they had as far as accommodations, but I will never go back to Knights Inn. I can honestly say that it was the most disappointing stay I have ever had, luckily we were there for a very short time. ...read more

Seemed old and not very well maintained.

Desk clerk did not appear to have much interest in guests. Rooms were small and not very well maintained.

Glad to have lil snack for am.
Semi trucks in lot.

It was a okay hotel. I was totally pleased. I was very unhappy with the semi trucks in parking lot. Limited parking spaces and difficult to get in & out with trucks there. I didn't like the loud neighbors either! ...read more

Plenty of parking.
Disgusting bathroom - not clean - no toilet paper.

This hotel was pretty disgusting. There was left over in our toilet in our bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom had no toilet paper. The front desk woman took so long to check people in that I had to go buy my own toilet paper at a convenience store rather than wait in line to get it from her. The TV remote and alarm clock both did not work. ...read more

Economical.
Everything seemed small.

The reading lamp had a broken bulb in it. So, nobody was checking to see if things in the room worked.

Nothing!
I felt insecure. There had not been any maintenance on the room in years.

It was a truckers dump motel.

The price.
It was supposed to be non smoking and it wasn't.

Good location needs a facelift.

Location.
Carpet by restroom was wet.

Don't offer continental meal if you are not ready for. (Their facilities are very poor).
