The room and hotel were excellent.
The hot tub was filthy and not working.
Everything was great and very romantic for my fiancé and myself. We were very disappointed in the pool area. We requested indoor pool and hot tub both were outside and the hot tub didn't work and was filthy. The pool wasn't heated so not usable. Also the parking was quite limited. ...read more

The location was great and the room was exceptional.
They were doing some renovations and it was difficult to find the entrance.
We spent most of our time at the pool with the kids and they loved it. It is family friendly. The beds were quite cozy. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance and some nice shopping too. ...read more

I liked it's location to other eateries and public places.
I didn't like that for the price, the rooms didn't have CD/DVD players in the rooms.
The hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was right in the middle of everything.

Staff was friendly and a lot of amenities.
Requested 4 times for a baby crib & they did not bring any sheets/blankets for it. The food from room service was cold & I did not receive all of it.
This hotel was fine. The price for a weekend stay was ok. It wasn't too hard to find and to get to. The staff was very friendly. The renovations will not be completed until summer 2008.
