Family with Young Children
Overall, we were pleased that the hotel met and exceeded our expectations. All hotels in the town were full and we were able to get this hotel right across from campus two days prior to homecoming. The price was great and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable (we expected old and lumpy). The only disappointing thing was that the tub area wasn't cleaned and the towel mat wasn't replaced each day. Traveling as Couple
I received a letter in the mail telling me that they had upgraded every room in the hotel. You see I went for parent's weekend at Baylor university. I was not going to stay there because I thought the year before it was nasty. Well they lied. For the price we paid, it was an okay hotel. I wished it would have had a fridge and wish the water didn't taste so bad but I probably will use this hotel again when visiting my daughter at Baylor University since it is so close to campus. ...read more

The staff members that we interfaced with were most friendly and knowledgeable. Due to low water pressure, the shower did not function as it should. The manager was aware and explained. I would not recommend this hotel to the single female traveler! It was very dirty! There were gun shots heard at night! My car alarm went off every night!
