Having a kitchenette was very convenient. Service was excellent, and the hotel being earth-friendly was appreciated.
The bed wasn't the size we wanted; it was also hard and the pillows were too soft.

Easy to find, friendly host, pet-friendly, and concerned for the environment (i.e. Their attention to us not wanting the sheets washed or certain towels washed if we didn't think it was necessary... saved on energy and whatnot). However, the bed wasn't comfortable for us. ...read more

We slept with three adults in one bed. They charged us the full price. We were very unhappy and are looking for some form of restitution. My sister from Holland was with us and was not impressed.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well taken care of.
All was well.

Very convenient to Freeway. Quiet, no traffic noise. Clean and well taken care of. Just not brand new, if that's any consideration.

It was inexpensive.
Pillows; too small, too few.

Not a fancy place but it's clean, bed was comfortable.

The old man at the front desk was nice and willing to provide information.
Continental breakfast was a total joke. Thin slices of muffin and shot-sized orange juice cup.

It had a clean parking lot.
Breakfast, poor internet, sagging beds.

They moved us 3 times in 4 days. Breakfast was muffins and juice and apples. WiFi did not work. Parking space was limited.

Nice towels; good bananas at breakfast; desk clerk was nice and helpful.
Dirty bed linens! Could hear the knock on the adjoining room door at 03 AM, where we had observed obvious drug activity the evening before.

What more do I need to say? I have NEVER stayed in a place that had obvious dirty linens on the nicely made beds! Plus, when I called the front desk clerk about this, she was NOT aghast, and didn't deliver. I had to go down to the desk to get it! ...read more

When I found out I didn't have a refrigerator, they got me one.
Not so pleasant check in service. Other than that the staff was friendly.

The rooms are a bit small. I don't like the windows in front where if open, everyone walking by to their rooms can see right in. Other than that, clean and inexpensive. Not much parking but I was able to park in the restaurant parking lot right next door. Good value if you are not into the frills. ...read more
