There are 3 types of houses available with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and a terrace with garden furniture. Houses are well equipped and have a living room, kitchen corner (4 hot plates, mirowave / grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine), TV, vacuum cleaner, bathroom and toilet.

Area Information
Situated between the Upper Languedoc Regional Park and the Montagne Noire, le Minervois is an area packed full of tradition.With magnificent medieval villages, particulary Minerve, this region offers you an abundance of vineyards, mountains and forests. Close to the hotel you will find L'Abbaye de Frontfroide and le Canal du Midi.

Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of EUR 300 (by Eurocard/ Mastercard / Visa, cheque, euro cheque, no cash). This deposit will be annulled within 8 days of your departure following an inventory. Any damage or uncleanness will be deducted from your deposit. On your arrival you are requested to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours.Additional costs:Final cleaning: Fee required in case of departure outside opening hours, or if the accommodation is not clean on departure.Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.
