This hotel is in an ideal location for an overnight layover. In terms of comfort and cleanliness, it is about what I expected for a 2-star place -- no frills, but no problems. The complimentary shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and the ride is less than 10 minutes to the airport. It is very near by to the Honolulu International airport. Hotel provides 24 hour complimentary shuttle service to and from airport. This is the only reason we selected to stay at this hotel. Room is very tiny with microwave, tiny fridge and coffee maker. The hotel staff is not very friendly. The area look very isolated and no restaurants nearby. There is only one drive-in 24 hour food store (Byron's), no much food selection and very very expensive, not very nice to eat there. Near airport, free shuttle, and a nice staff.

There were cockroaches in lobby, bed was hard as rock, and was dumpy.

Cockroach was on counter at check-in. Bed was hard as a rock. Staff was nice. The hotel was pretty clean. Great for late night arrival. Close to airport with free shuttle. Free internet in room.

Close to Shopping, Airport, Easy access to hotel parking and room, Friendly staff.

The shower water did not drain fast enough.

Over all the stay at the hotel was pleasant, and Hotel employees very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The laundry (washer/dryer) were small and would not meet the guest needs. 4 machines on two floors only and they were very costly.

Great and compassionate service staff with good amenities of comfort.
