Room was immaculate and comfortable.
Pool was not clean, pool area littered.

In general I like Marriott very much and this hotel was fine in every way except my disappointment that the pool and pool area were not well-tended. There was debris on the bottom of pool & litter in the pool area that was not cleaned up overnight. ...read more

The staff was very helpful when my father in law left his wallet in the room. Housekeeping found it and sent it back.
It would be helpful if front desk staff indicated which elevator is closest to the room. We walked for miles!

The beds are great! Rooms are lovely but there are a few glitches. We were given a room overlooking the enclosed pool which was not only incredibly noisy but reeked of chlorine! The room we changed to had a really noisy air conditioner. ...read more

The lobby is welcoming and renovated. The Tavern Pub staff was very friendly and offered quick service for a tasty late night meal.

Cavernous Lobby that didn't feel warm or welcoming.

Could not believe the $18.95 for the breakfast buffet, though it was lovely. $50 for two. Staff was great. Parking on a Friday and Saturday night had us over in the office building due to functions going on in the ballrooms and the Steak House. ...read more

Front desk person told us Palisades’s Mall was across the street, it was actually across bridge 30 minutes.

The lobby and room were pleasant and the bed was very comfortable.
There was an indoor pool and my room was facing it. The room smelled of chlorine and the pool was pretty noisy late at night and early in the morning.
