Traveling as Couple
Money was a factor in selecting this hotel. We got a great price, but I was worried that it would not be so clean. It was the cleanest and most well kept room that we have been in in over a year!

Solo Traveler
I was very disappointed with this hotel reservation from the time we arrived and told the office who was a gentleman and said that is all they had. Then I asked Do you mean tonight and he said no in the hotel. The light didn't work as we walked in and the room was very small not even enough room for a wheelchair so he had to walk with a 4 prong cane and was unstable. Then there was not a walk in shower much less to small for a person to access with a handicap or someone to help them with duties that are normally not an issue at home. I found the shower area to be very yellow looking and there was black hair along the back wall I couldn't understand as I have red and the client has brownish red so it wasn't from one of us. And the smell to the room was very penetrating as being cigarette smoke and old body odor and the room was quite hot which was appealing to anyone who would rent the room. I am definitely not interested in booking a room again with Red Roof. I am very disappointed for what we had to go through on July 8th through July 10th. Overall hotel was clean and well maintained. Need to correct problem with room cards both days as they would not open door. Not enough towels in the room.

The all inclusive room just meant that it had a new paint job done and you received a password for the internet. We had a fridge and the room was really nice but it had a high cost for features that I would consider to be included now a days. ...read more
