Surprisingly comfortable bed and quiet exhaust fan.

No soft water.

I stay frequently at ESA hotels and I must say this one was one of the more comfortable ones. Good bed, pillows, quiet exhaust fan, and clean.

Incredibly clean room, excellent, safe location, great price.

No pool, but that's to be expected with an extended stay hotel.

This hotel was incredibly clean! I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel room that was as clean as this one! Also, the location of the hotel was excellent, we felt very safe. Right off I-64 with several nice restaurants and shopping centers nearby. There was no pool, but that is to be expected for an extended stay hotel.
