Hotel was clean and setting for enternet use.

Pleasant quiet place for me and my new wife. Very romantic and clean. Staff was magnificent and very helpful. The hotel contained a cafeteria with a variety on the menu. The pool looked very clean even though we did not use it. ...read more

I've hated this hotel.
Refrigerator was something like a Stove,TV set didn't work

I understand that a room must offer a minimum of comfort, there was not a refrigerator but a genuine stove, I couldn't turn on TV set

Free access to internet and exercise room, friendly staff, close to La Condesa.
Immediately surrounding the hotel is nothing special, not even a taco stand.

The hotel itself is very clean and functional, offering complimentary access to computers and the internet as well as the exercise room and the pool. The room I stayed in was very clean, though I cannot say it was especially attractive or romantic. This hotel's location was not exceptionally great, in that there was nothing of import immediately outside of the hotel, but it was a less than $2 taxi ride to La Condesa, which is a very cool part of Mexico City. ...read more

The staff was so cordial.
Too much construction inside and outside the hotel.

The staff was so professional and welcoming. The gym was small but very nice. The business center was excellent.

Nice staff.
Unorganized.

Generally fair hotel for a 3 star, not inline with other 4 star hotels.

Nice location, lots shop and eatery around.
The guard dog on the southeast corner of the hotel are rude and tasteless, acting like he owns the hotel rude to tenants very disgusting.

It is on Avenida Revolution, one of the busiest street, only 4 blocks from the Mall, Casino, Cinemex movies, TGIF, Starbucks and also 2 blocks from local flavors taco stands, numerous market behind the hotel, one way street makes it easy to go around, taxis, city bus. Absolutely free WiFi to all, not a dime charged. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, open terrace in the middle added some nice atmosphere, I have never dine at the breakfast buffet because it is American style, I like local flavors when I am travel, tired of the usual eggs, ham waffles. Just around the corner you can get freshly squeeze orange juice for $7 pesos roughly 55 cents US. ...read more

Very clean, great service.
Location far from center and not so safe.

Great facilities, large rooms with all amenities, very courteous and helpful staff, excellent bar and decent restaurant. We did not like the location as it was not only far from the city but there was nothing around it. No restaurants or convenience store. Even though it was a 5 min walk from the excellent metro (Station Los Pinhos) that the city offers the walk at night made us a bit uncomfortable as it was isolated and dark, ...read more

Staff is friendly!
Calls are terribly expensive!

Clean, cozy and nice hotel with extremely expensive services such as phone calls or laptop computer rentals. Internet in the business center is free only for 30 minutes a day!

Excellent service, well decorated, brand new.
The hotel is not located in a nice area (on a 7 lanes boul.) but still convenient

I would go back anytime, rooms are very charming and comfortable, the bath tube is huge, the staff is very efficient and the location is convenient (but not "nice" and fancy). The architecture is very nice from the inside and the view of the city is breath taking. They also have a nice bar. I would give this hotel a star rating of about 3.5. Better than all the Radisson hotels I went to in Canada or US. ...read more

Service in the lobby was good.
The restaurants were terrible, food and service.

I was not given the room I requested, king sized beds, non-smoking. I was put in a room with two double beds on the second floor on the busy avenue. It was too noisy so I requested a change of room. I was given a change of room and instead of street noise I got to listen to the lounge entertainment every night. Karaoke of Carpenter songs is not my idea of entertainment. The restaurant service was atrocious. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes each time for someone to come to the table and offer us coffee. The "fancy restaurant" on the first floor off the lobby had horrible food. I could not eat the meal. There was one other table occupied with one man. After eating there I can see why it is not more popular. The last comment I want to make is about the concierge of the hotel. He was most accommodating in meeting my requests but twice he set up taxi service where he told me it would be one charge and then the taxi drivers told me a charge that was much more. The first time I complained to him and he said he was sorry for the confusion that he should have made the charges clearer. The second time was for the taxi that took us to the airport. The driver wanted twice what was quoted. I have written an email to the concierge telling him of my disappointments would recommend that you remove this hotel from your web site. Thank you for giving me the chance to tell you about my stay at the Radisson Hotel Flamingos. ...read more
