Friendly staff.
Rooms are small; too much traffic noise; climate control didn't work;

The room & bathroom were oddly designed & cramped, but still ok. The room allowed too much traffic noise from the busy freeway. The hotel sets the climate control in their physical plant - not client adjustable. My room was too warm (they sent the hotel's maintenance engineer to my room to explain that clients can't adjust the temperature) - this was a huge flaw to me. The one big plus: The staff was all very nice and bent over backwards to do everything within their power to make my stay pleasant. They really do aim to please. If you have to stay in this area, this hotel is a good choice as long as the problems I've mentioned aren't bothersome to you. ...read more
