The staff is very friendly and the hotel is nicely located in la Reform sector.
Internet connection in the room is expensive. Restaurant for breakfast is good but also expensive,

For the price paid on Priceline, this hotel is much more than I would have expected. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean. There are nice bars and restaurants in the hotel lobby.

Staff was friendly and very professional.
The room was very small and you could hear everything from other rooms.

The hotel was nice; however, the room was very small. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. A couple of rooms down there was a dog and he kept barking and I was able to listen all night. ...read more

Great location in a safe area close to all the Zona Rosa nightlife.
Cockroaches/mosquitoes in the bedroom.

This hotel is what you'd expect from a international chain hotel. The rooms were standard. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Mexico in the past few months and insects seem to be a common problem. There were a couple of cockroaches in the room over the course of the 4 day stay but it wasn't like the place was infested. The staff were very helpful and efficient. We got very early check-in(9am!) with no problems and it was also no problem to check out at 3pm. Overall it is a very good hotel but not quite at the same level as a Sheraton in the US. I would stay in this hotel again if I got a good deal on it. ...read more

Location.
Old and down run room condition.

The hotel is really a 4 star, but only if you ask for a upgrade. You may get an awful room, bad view, and old tower. In this case the hotel becomes a 3 or 2.5 star.

Staff was very friendly and the room was well appointed.
Only one restaurant...the Manhatten Deli...o.k. but would like another choice in the hotel.

We are retired from Chicago advertising and now live in San Miguel...come into the city 5 or 6 times a year. The hotel is perfectly situated and our room could not have been better. We stayed here before this year and it lacked a frdige, coffee pot, complimentary water, etc. This trip was excellent . We need 3 rooms here in December. How do I make a reservation now at a good price??? This time it was $90.00 and total was 113.32 with tax. ...read more

No coffee pot in the room,
TV was not working at times and control had to be changed twice.

Clean, lovely, good security. Disappointed in lack of restaurants that were open this time of the year.

Friendliness of the staff.
Odors in the 10th floor.

All in all, we had a very comfortable 7-day stay, and above all, this venue is has very convenient access to all the main touristical sites around Mexico City.
