I looked at tripadvisor for this hotel before I went, consensus being reasonably priced, good location, good sized rooms, but a bit dated. I'd agree, and if this is ok for you, book it.

It was across from the beach.

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. There was a dent in the middle of the bed.

The room itself was fine. The mattress had a dip in the middle and we woke up with a sore back in the morning.

The hotel staff was very welcoming when we arrived. They were very informative and helpful.

The room floor was so dirty I had to wear my slippers- even in the bathroom!

Though the hotel staff was very nice and warm, that still didn't make up for the room. Given I knew it wasn't a five star resort. The floor was filthy, like it never gets shampooed. The bed skirts were stained with dirt- from the floor I assume. The pillow cases weren't changed since ours had someone else's hair still on them. Though the room was terrible, the location of the hotel makes it very convenient. It is right across from the beach and near tons of shopping places. Very pleasant room.

There was quite a bit of maintenance noise in the daytime.

The room was quite nice, with wicker furniture and a small balcony. Conveniently located for beaches (one is across the street), and some restaurants and shops are nearby.
