Family with Young Children
The overall motel seemed fine. When we got to the room it looked like it had been recently renovated and fresh. Well, when we washed our hands, we felt wet socks, some kind of leak. In the morning, we started to make coffee and found a filter with coffee already. Dumped it out and found mold. So no telling how long it was there. They were efficient enough at the front desk. But the room smelled, the bathroom fan didn't work so mold and mildew were growing on the walls. The remote to the TV didn't work. The alarm clock was not plugged in so the time had to be set. My family and I will never stay there again. ...read more

The furniture was dirty and the ac unit very loud; it would wake you up every 15 minutes. Other guests were loud and the staff did little to help. When we asked for a late check out the front desk girl acted like she did not hear the question then said the housekeepers leave at 3pm when we were asking for a 2pm check out and in actuality only needed a shower, which could have been accommodated in the fitness room. The manager then tried to make a quick buck off of us and said for $20 he would clean the room. This hotel suits travelers that will only be there one night. ...read more
