Super 8 Motel Cincinnati Oh

the hotel should be shut down until they get rid of all bed bugs

This motel is terrible. Do not stay here. Upon check-in I noticed that the TV remote was missing, the phone wasn't working, stains on carpet, Wi-Fi wasn't working. The pool was very small and when 3-4 people were already in it, then it was uncomfortable to swim in. The breakfast was terrible. Only stale coffee, juice, cereal with milk and a few pieces of muffins that looked like it was in the fridge for a while. Sheets were different color and bedding felt damp and clammy. The worse part was that we had bedbugs! My kids started hunting and killing bedbugs for fun. It was a terrible experience that I hope other people doesn't have to go through. It was way overpriced. The only positive side of this hotel was location. It was located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurant and malls in close proximity and near a major highway for easy access to other destinations. This was not the worst hotel experience, but it was close. The place was filthy, I would not have stayed. Clearly a room which had been used by smokers and covered up with spray, uncomfortable bed, the sheets looked used. I'll never stay in another super 8 hotel again. ...read more

When I checked in the office, attendant did not check my identification, did not check my credit card, the floors, blankets appeared to have not been cleaned. The bathtub had hair all around the base with hair and gunk clogging the drain. When I went to wash my hands, there was toothpaste on the sink from the last person (I assume) who stayed there. Cleanliness was not their concern and the coupons the office attendant gave me with my room keys had expired 6 months prior to the date I rented the room. The attendant could not print me off anything stated that I cancelled my stay and did not stay overnight. I had him write on a piece of paper that I cancelled, the date and his signature and of course he did not have a letter head with Super 8 Motel on it, so he stamped it. ...read more

Needs major renovation from top to bottom. This is the worst super 8 I have stayed in.

The hotel did not have my reservation accurate, the housekeeping was very poor and the continental breakfast only included donuts/Danish, apples, and coffee/juice. The room also had a slight smell of smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room. ...read more

Great place for truckers, seasonal workers, or out of town utility or construction workers. NOT a place where I would make the mistake of taking my wife again after eye surgery (the reason we stayed).
