Located "a short walk from most anything", this "almost secret" spot boasts a "pleasant", "positive feel", a "lively" restaurant/bar and free WiFi at the lobby's computer terminals; "simply furnished", "small" rooms with "tiny bathrooms" and "mini-kitchen areas" are "attractive", but with no "two queen bed" options and not much space, they're better "for single business travelers" and those who are "not going to spend much time" in them.

Valet wasn't present. Had to hand keys to front desk.
Excellent stay at the hotel for the NYE period. Especially liked that I could connect my laptop to the TV. Would stay here again.

The way the rooms were decorated. They were small rooms but they were extremely efficient and tastefully decorated. Very contemporary!

The hotel was in a great location - just a few blocks from Union station and there was a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was pretty chilly as the windows weren't blocking the wind. The staff was always helpful and courteous. ...read more

Good layout, good computer connections, lights, etc. made it easy to work.
No bars -- cell phone usage impossible, and cable was slow.
Definitely high quality, especially for the Loop. Good service, good desk space. Perfect for business travelers.
