"Great views of the city" allow you to "see the entire San Francisco Downtown" at this "well-located", if otherwise "mundane", inn set "very close to the cable car" in an area that's a bit "scary" for "walking around alone at night"; rooms themselves are "bland but adequate" and a "bit small", service ranges from "very helpful" to downright "rude", and the parking is way "too expensive", so overall, the place "doesn't amaze."

Great location, right where my meeting was being held.
Old and somewhat dingy.
Holiday Inns seem to be coming up frequently lately. The chain must be having trouble booking rooms. Not surprising as the chain is old and in need of updating to.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Room was nice, bed was comfortable.
It was very noisey outside the first night we were there (Friday night). A lot of traffic noise. The second night was much quiter.
The hotel was conveniently located. It was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. Has a nice, but pricey restaurant on site and a Starbucks next door. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was rather small. We were on the twelfth floor. The first night there (Friday), the outside traffic was very noisy. The staff was rude, arrogant, snobby and very unfriendly.
Checking in was a hassle. Staff were the most unfriendly group. Do not recommend.

Expensive, parking is extra and expensive also, superior view is classed as any room above floor 20.
Great location but I feel rooms are overpriced for size. Booked a superior view room but that only means room is above floor 20. Only one window and room was small. Parking is extra and 40/day.
