Great location to Chinatown and little Italy.
Desk clerk was a dork. Keycards didn't work first 2 times.
Great location. Valet parking is $47/day, which is par for the city.

When I upgraded rooms, it was good.
It was a nice enough hotel. Had to seek out and ask for a valet parking attendant and a bellhop. When I checked in, they had only a double bed room. Fine with me. It worked, as I upgraded to a better room, however, other hotels (many much nicer with better service) gave me a great room for the price I paid. ...read more

Location and price.
Rooms are small and a bit noisy.
Great location. Quick check-in. The rooms are a bit noisy (thin walls) and I found them small. Otherwise, a good place to stay. Of 2 rooms, one had a great view of Coit Towers.

The Internet connection was easy, and the desk with the large TV was huge and faced the picture window!
Valet parking was too expensive and valets were rude when checking in and out without their services.
Great location in the financial district of SF. Chinatown was one block away. Great dining was within walking distance in several directions. Nice breakfast buffet, but overpriced. Higher floors had a good view of the big buildings surrounding the hotel which was viewed from a fabulous wall of windows that the expansive desk lined. Beds were comfortable. Bath was small but had great water pressure and a massaging shower head! Valet parking was expected and the entrance was a crowded (two to three car limit) driveway off Kearny Street that didn't accommodate unloading or loading bags if not by the valet. ...read more

The food at the restaurant was great as was the service. The 750 Grill was outstanding.
At registration the person checking us in was having a bad day had to speak to the manager to check in.
The 750 grills food and service were outstanding. The staff at the registration desk were poor at best. The room was okay and the hotel was okay but not a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Nice location, potential for good views.
Have some really crappy rooms (wheelchair ready rooms) next to elevators with bad bathrooms.
Still it is well located and convenient.
