Head to the western 'burbs for this corporate- and "family-friendly" outpost that boasts a "convenient" free shuttle to nearby corporations, a newly renovated business center and a "well-kept pool"; a "professional staff" services "spacious" rooms with "wonderful pillow menus" and the Italian restaurant is "reasonably priced", but a few who are stuck in smoking rooms snap over the "horrible smell."

Overpriced.

Way overpriced. Was given a room with a window to the lobby. Room had 2 small beds when i asked for one queen size.

Hotel did not take care of complaint of loudness coming from room 2 doors down. Wasn't quiet until 4:00 am.

It was very clean and the rooms were good size.
Did not offer a continental Breakfast.

I Thought it was a nice hotel But I thought for a 3 star hotel it would have been nicer the only thing I did not like is I wanted to be in Schulenburg and that is not what we got.

It was very quiet, clean and pleasant. The room was spacious with wonderful pillows.
The room key did not open the room door 3 times in the two days and the supervisor had to use the master.

My husband and I were in Carol Stream for a wedding. The hotel's location was close to all the goings on. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay with friendly helpful employees. We didn't try the restaurant. The room keys (cards) did not open our room door. Each time we came in we had to go to the front desk and get them reset and sometimes those didn't work.
