Staff, guest relation and valet were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center very convenient. Tour guides knowledgeable.
Smelled cigarette smoke coming from hallway. We specifically asked for non-smoking room. Guests who smoke must not be allowed in nonsmoking area.
Our trip to Panama City was wonderful. We plan to return. The hotel staff made our vacation comfortable. Dining in the hotel need improvement. Buffet breakfast was poor, never ate lunch, dinner menu need more variety. ...read more

The room was overall nice.
The staff was rude at the front desk and univiting.
