Business Traveler
In 20 years of traveling, as a criminal investigator, I have never, not one time ever, had the room cleaning staff get everything perfect every time. The staff here didn't miss anything, not one time in 4 days. I mean nothing. Garbage, floors, bed, toiletries, every last detail was done with a consistency that I have never experienced before. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and most of all they haven't forgot about the people that smoke.

Family with Young Children
The room was nice. When we first arrived we were concerned by the fact that one of the young men from the staff was hanging outside with a group of teenagers. This made me feel unsafe from the very beginning. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful however there were other people from the staff who was standing behind the counter chatting. Then as we were leaving five of the staff was outside smoking by our car in big group. I find this very unprofessional, esp. sense we had to walk through their cigarette smoke and I'm pregnant. The location was way downtown, not close to the places we were going. It's okay if you're just going to be in and out again. I like to spend my time at places where the employees act professional and friendly regardless of their positions. I also like to feel like I'm safe. I wouldn't stay there again. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The grandkids had a lot of fun in the pool. Breakfast was also good.

This hotel is very conveniently located--right off the freeway. There are many restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Was happy with the complementary breakfast-had a wide aray of items to chose from. ...read more
