Condition.
It's not priced at anything but an economy hotel, so that's what I expected and that's what it was. No surprised here. Staff was friendly enough. Beds were so so. They could certainly use some cosmetic restoration/upgrades. Knocking out a wall to expand the breakfast area would sure be a good idea.
