Very well placed hotel. Nice renovation has modernized it. Amenities are of high standard.

Traveling as Couple
This elegant hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood next to the Grosvenor Square. Oxford Street and the Bond Tube station are only a short walk away from the hotel. The hotel lobby is small but functional and the room size was typical for London standards. The room itself was well appointed with a king size bed and traditional furnishings. This was our first time in London and from what I understand from others, hotel rooms in Europe are smaller compared to those in the U.S. While the room was small, it was clean, tastefully decorated, with wonderful, fluffy bedding. The bathroom was updated and clean. ...read more

You get what you pay for? Maybe. This hotel was very decent, but not 4 star. The nearby JEW Marriott,
was a solid 4 star.

The services were great! Free internet in the business center location was great quiet side street but still close to Oxford street, dining, shopping, bus lines, underground, nice views out of the window great front desk personnel, doormen, solid doors so you can't hear people in hallway. ...read more

This hotel was nice but in my opinion, not a 5 star. Lack of a hotel bar and poor quality of breakfast were disappointing. Additionally, being able to hear the people talking in the room next to us disturbed our sleep. ...read more
